Tariffs

NIGHTLY RATES

OUR MINIMUM STAY IS 2 NIGHTS
Stay 2 to 4 nights at $215 per night
Stay 5 to 7 nights at $195 per night

(You get the discount on all 7 nights - they are all at $195 per night)

This gives you a saving of $20 per night or $140 when staying for 7 days. This tariff is all inclusive with linen, towels, exclusive toiletries and wood for the fire. To help you calculate your total cost please refer to the box below: -

2 nights $430 / 3 nights $645 / 4 nights $860
5 nights $975 / 6 nights $1,170 / 7 nights $1,365

The rates above are for 2 guests in 1 bedroom.

Extra guests (adults & children-all ages) are $40 per STAY -NOT PER NIGHT.  Whether they stay 1 night or 20 the maximum they pay is $40.

Maximum 5 guests per cottage (king/queen in Bedroom 1, double & single in Bedroom 2-in a bunk arrangement)
If 2 guests utilize a second bedroom there is a charge of $30 to cover laundry of extra linen and cleaning.

Tariff for longer stays is negotiable.

A surcharge will apply for public holiday breaks and minimum stays are lengthened. For 2009 the peak rate is $295 per night. This applies to the following breaks: –

For Booking for Peak times payment in full is required one month prior to arrival.

School holidays are at standard rates - we do not increase our rates for these times.

PETS

To cater for people who like to travel with their pets two FULLY FENCED cottages have been set aside solely for their use. Pets are welcome inside these set aside cottages.

To minimize disturbance to other guests under no circumstances are dogs to be left unattended. Doggy sitting is available - day and night.

At night the doggy sitter comes to your cottage.

A one off fee of $40 per pet, per stay applies – not per night – to cover extra cleaning for health regs., etc

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit is one nights accommodation to be paid with Credit Card. Balance to be paid on arrival unless for peak times. For peak times full payment is required 1 month prior to stay.

If cancelled outside 30 days, a full refund is given. Cancellations of less than 30 days incur a forfeiture of deposit.

A cancellation fee of $50 applies on all cancelled bookings-to cover credit card and administration costs


PAYMENT

We accept cheque, Visa or MasterCard. Please note that credit card payments will not incur a merchant charge.
